To be able to prevent longer wait times for groups of 4 or more, you are able to reserve your space for the Sheffield Gem Mine Experience. For groups less than 4, no reservation is necessary, as typically we can accommodate smaller groups as walk-ins.
Reservation is especially helpful for large groups, as it helps us staff appropriately and reserve space on the flumes so that your group can be seated next to each other.
